Onboarding Web2 Players

We believe in going full web3 with our games, but without putting unnecessary friction in front of new players. The goal is to make onboarding from web2 as seamless as possible.

1-Click-Play

Players should be able to click and play immediately, get hooked by the core gameplay loop, and explore the broader meta game—without needing prior knowledge of web3. We avoid jargon and introduce mechanics in a natural way, while still using the latest wallet solutions and smart contract designs in the background.

Play-2-Learn

Instead of starting with “play-to-earn,” we focus on “play-to-learn.” Through gameplay, players learn what it means to own assets, how tokens and DeFi work, and why web3 gaming is different. Educational content and in-game quests help guide this learning journey.

Community

Community plays a key role in onboarding. We encourage experienced players to mentor newcomers through an incentive program, helping them understand the space and share their own stories. This builds trust and drives user-generated content, which is critical for growth.

Performance Marketing

Web2 performance marketing is still the most scalable acquisition channel. But to make it sustainable, strong monetization needs to be in place. We’ll cover that in more detail in the next section.
